Included in your 4-pack:

Roger Roessler Wines Pinot Noir Hein Vineyard Anderson Valley 2017: Brisk Pacific Ocean winds and dense fog follow the Navarro River to the site where these grapes are grown and create the perfect Pinot climate, resulting in that perfect mixture of ripe raspberry and blackberry followed quickly by pie crust, peppery rootbeer, and black licorice notes.

Jigar Graham Family Vineyards Pinot Noir Green Valley of Russian River Valley 2018: The Russian River Valley is one of Cali’s most famous pinot noir regions – and Green Valley specifically boasts the well-known Goldridge soil, a fine-grained and rare sandy loam that drains exceptionally well…and is touted as a fabulous growing place for pinot noir. This wine is beautifully dense and loaded with black cherry, dark raspberry coulis, bergamot tea, clove, and allspice – terrifically warm, round, and immensely easy to love.

Wrath Wines Pinot Noir Pommard 4/777 Monterey 2020: This wine’s grapes grow just across the boundary of the Santa Lucia Highlands AVA, in northern Monterey County. A gap in the mountains that runs west to east near the coast allows warm air at the southwestern end of the valley to pull in the cool ocean air downstream, a climatic masterpiece for making pinot noir. Tasting the wine, you’ll get whispers of coastal redwood forest, and the salty tang of the nearby Pacific, with blood orange zest, cranberry relish, clove, cinnamon, and a final flourish of black raspberries.

Dominion Tantara Pinot Noir Cuvee Rita Santa Rita Hills 2017: Santa Rita Hills has fog-laden mornings and ocean breezes in the afternoon that moderate this area’s temperature and make for pinot-growing perfection. This wine’s ripe fruit notes are packed with black plums, crushed raspberries, sour cranberry, and a meld of roasted herbs. A soft backend of smoked meats, earthy mushrooms, and forest floor finish it off, making for a complex and savory, yet delightfully approachable and bright Cali-pinot.
