Beau Vigne Chardonnay Reserve Los Carneros 2019

Chardonnay  |  United States

SPECIAL: GROUND SHIPPING INCLUDED ON ORDERS OF 3 BOTTLES OR MORE!

Beau Vigne’s rare Reserve chardonnay is something to make all lovers of Cali-chardonnay tremble with delight! Rich, creamy, superbly luscious, and forward – this is unapologetically classic Napa chardonnay – and we scored some of this at over $60 OFF!

If you know Beau Vigne – you know. Always top-scoring, critical darlings that have boasted a rather incredible line-up of world-class winemakers over the years. First with Dave Phinney (The Prisoner and Orin Swift), then Kirk Venge, and now...100 point superstar, Julien Fayard. This hails from 4 blocks of a single site on the Napa side of the cool and wind-swept Los Carneros AVA. All Wente clone fruit, barrel fermented and aged, in 60% new French oak, no less – with plenty of stirring on the lees to give you that ultra-luxurious, creamy texture that just won’t quit!

Loads of bright orchard fruits – with Granny Smith apples, Bartlett pears, golden apricots, followed by indulgent lemon meringue, toasted almonds, and even crème brûlée – this is a meal in itself – though it would not be amiss to have this with some crab cakes with a lemon aioli...just saying. Plenty of uplifting acidity and overall structure make this a chardonnay that will continue to impress and develop exceptionally over the next decade! We grabbed all that we could...now it is your turn!
