If you recently picked up the punchy, zesty Adelaide Thomas Sauv Blanc from us, this one is more crystalline and linear. Honeydew melon and Kaffir lime leaf flow effortlessly into gooseberry, lemongrass, and soapstone. Blessedly cooling and dry though this is, there’s a little surprise of caramel corn on the finish – a perk of extra time in the bottle.
