Railsback Frères (Eric Railsbeck known for a prominent role in the documentary Somm) ‘Les Rascasses’ rosé offers refreshing, fruit-forward notes of citrus and strawberry. Named after the fish that Provencal Queen Lulu Peyraud (of Domaine Tempier) herself and produced in California’s Santa Ynez Valley, Comprised of 50% Grenache 25% Carignane, and 25% Cinsault, and aged five months in neutral French oak. Fueled and inspired by the Railsback brothers’ love of Bandol rosé, this wine will not disappoint.
