93pts Wine Advocate: The NV Cuvée Rosé Brut is 100% Pinot Noir based on 2008 (90%). The color is an intense orange-colored pink and the nose offers beautifully subtle, but also deep, intense flavors of ripe and macerated Pinot Noir and lemon. There is also great purity and finesse on the structured palate. The finish is fresh and reveals a perfect fruit. This Rosé drinks almost like a light red wine.

91pts Wine Spectator: Beautiful light pink. Nose of red berry fruits in syrup and strawberry in syrup. On the palate, a clean, fruity, lightweight style. Lovely crisp fruit enjoying fairly lengthy exposure. Drink as a pudding Champagne with red fruit tart

The small village of Bethon is situated south of Epernay, near the city of Sézanne in the department of the Marne. The Coteaux du Sézannais (hills of the region of Sezanne) the vineyards where bucolic charm and winemaking mingle, represent about one hundred producers. Vineyards and deep forest cover the hills of the region which reveals the history and life of men across its landscape.

A blend of 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay, this wine follows traditional Champagne methods of vinification and is aged on its lees for a minimum of 18 months prior to release. The predominance of Pinot noir is apparent in the bright, berry fruit aromas and a rich, mouth-filling texture. The Chardonnay lends liveliness and provides its pleasantly long, clean finish.
