This is a well-balanced, structured wine. Its great fruit contrasts with the mineral texture, acidity and zesty character. Made with 50% Pinot Meunier, it has a softer side, aided by the ripe finish. Drink now. -Wine Enthusiast

This small owner-grower Champagne will teach you just why there's so much buzz in the market about this type of bubbles.  Between the pricing and the quality, there's a lot to talk about.  The production is very limited, but the attention to detail and finesse of this wine will impress all who try it.  Made from an unusual blend of 50% Pinot Meurnier, 25% Pinot Noir and 25% Chardonnay, there's a soft, fresh flavor of dried cherries that comes shining through the round, full mouth of this wine.  The mousse is persistent and the wine is delicious, we all felt that it was a can't miss.  Enjoy now through 2025. - Premier Sommelier Team

JUST LANDED -- This super well-balanced bottle of Champagne gets an astoundingly luxurious seven years of aging on the lees. It is very rare to find something so reasonably priced that is kept for so long.

Composed of even parts Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Meunier it is fermented in stainless steel. Baron Fuente is a negociant that owns almost 90 acres of vines and purchases another 90 acres "sur pied," meaning that they pick the grapes. This has a very high-quality sourdough toastiness arrived at honestly from the long aging on the lees.

It is round and easy to drink, with flavors of hazelnuts contrasting its nice citrus zip. The perfect thing to serve for an elegant aperitif at an important dinner party

The estate was created in the early 60's by Robert Lété and Liliane Vautrain, who melded their surnames together to create this eponyous brand. Their daughter, Michèle, and their son, Frédéric, inherited the brand and grew it to the beloved powerhouse that exists today. Organic farming techniques and traditional Champagne production methods are used in the creation of this gorgeous grower champagne.

In 2011, the estate was taken over by another Champagne family, the Baron-Fuenté family, a family with long-standing wine-making values in the Marne Valley. Their belief in great Champagne and remaining true to the Grower Producer lifestyle is the driving force behind every great bottle that is made at Lété-Vautrain.

The translucent, deep golden hue of the Lété-Vautrain Brut 204 gives way to initial aromas that are elegant and pure. These are complemented by succulent notes of apple, peach and apricot. In the mouth, this very well-balanced champagne is complex and round. The aftertaste is long, with hints of dried fruits.

*invino maintains excellent cellaring conditions, and strives to sell every bottle in pristine condition. As is standard industry practice, any wine purchased over seven vintage years old, is sold "as is" and may not be returned for any reason.

L’Esprit Brut makes an elegant aperitif. The style also allies well to food especially with roasted chicken. This precious wine also goes superbly with caviar or sushi.
