Returns for refund will be processed less the actual shipping and handling charges, and return shipping and handling charges.

If you experience any problem with your order, please email us at MemberServices@invino.com and include your order number. We will do our best to have an answer or proposed solution to the problem within 1 business day.

Merchandise Damaged in Shipping

It is unusual to receive a damaged product from invino. However, in the event you do experience a problem with a shipment, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase date. At our discretion we may offer a replacement, a discount, a refund or an account credit to be used for a later purchase.

Due to the hazardous fire conditions in Northern California, our fulfillment center have shut
down their Napa and Sonoma based fulfillment center operations through Tuesday, October 17.

Our first priority is the well-being of our team members and our partners, with poor air quality and continuing evacuations across the region it is no longer possible for us to operate safely.

We are working hard to minimize impact to your orders and will return to full staffing as soon as it is safe to do so. We are currently anticipating to be back full time on Monday, October 16th.
