Paso Robles, good people! This NOT-FOR-THE-SHY wine is aptly named Nebula – simply loaded with plenty of ripe, deep berry and stone fruit notes and ample power and substance. Quenching juiciness with enough concentration to stain your tongue and make your heart flutter with unabashed joy! From Midnight Cellars estate vineyard in Paso Robles, this family-owned winery is a mainstay of Paso excellence, and 2018 is just a top, top vintage for them.

Based on everything we’ve tasted in this wine, we’re somewhat shocked that this only got 90 points – Napa cab bias is real, y’all! This is about as classic, rich, and powerfully bold as I could ever want or dream in a Paso cab. Hedonistic, with flashy, sexy oak notes leading out the gate, and deep berry, cassis, and cherry notes nipping at the heels. Rich and luscious all the way through, with a smoky, spicy, and lingering finish. Get this in quantity and whip out with reckless abandon – burgers off the grill, steak tacos, chili – just so many options to bust out a couple of these bad boys.
