The fruit from this wine is primarily sourced from the upper reaches of Manchester Ridge –  a coastal mountain site overlooking the northern Sonoma Coast. Here, at 2,000 feet, pinot and chardonnay sit above the daily coastal fog, enjoying all the benefits of the cool, maritime climate, with full exposure to the growing season’s ample sunshine. This Champagne-style blend – 42% chardonnay, 55% pinot noir, and 3% pinot meunier – is cluster-pressed and co-fermented together, creating a delicately salmon-hued rosé that is bone-dry and a complete crowd-pleaser.
