Limoux is in southern France in the Pyrenean foothills, in the Languedoc region, and the area prides itself on being the first region to actually produce sparkling rose, some 200 years before Champagne (we can neither confirm nor deny this...). In any case, Faire La Fête (which loosely translates to “live it up”) is doing one heck of a bang-up job because this CRUSHES most every other non-Champers bubbly we’ve had in some time.

The Robb Report recently declared this as one of the Top 20 Wines Under $100...one tasty sip, and you’ll understand. This ROCKS! Seriously...like chalky, minerally, flinty river rocks...a bubbly effervescent, supremely steely tingle of pure verve and intensity. Loaded with bright citrus – kaffir lime, pomelo, key lime pie… plus crunchy, green pear – just straightforward deliciousness!

70% chardonnay, 20% chenin blanc, 10% pinot noir – this compares with top-notch sparkling wines at three times the price! Load up on this – case purchases are really the only reasonable choice on a deal like this. Get two, maybe three cases...it’s THAT good. UNDER $15! Don’t miss!
