Truly a stunning offering for anyone who knows! With winemaking chops learned at the legendary Sine Qua Non (Google it!), this is wonderful, creamy, intense yet oh-so polished stuff….we only wish we had more!

Here at Invino, we’ve been lucky over the years to grab a bit of Maggie Harrison’s wines, but this one is special. Besides her world class pinot, she makes highly sought-after bottlings of syrah under her Lillian label.

The Antica Terra project was established in 2005 with Scott Adelson, John Mavredakis, Michael Kramer and winemaker Maggie Harrison. They stumbled upon a piece of land that was something they had never experienced before. It could have been the subtle, tranquil ocean breeze, or the fossilized oysters hiding among the boulders, and they knew they found something special. They then asked Maggie Harrison to be the winemaker, and at that point she was living in Santa Barbara working as the assistant winemaker at Sine Qua Non and beginning her side syrah project called Lillian. Once she saw the land from which the vines were growing, she agreed to move out to Oregon with her family because she couldn't say no to this incredible opportunity!

Dark, potent, brimming with blueberries, raspberry compote, fresh baked cherry pie and figs, it’s ripe yet has so much secondary stuff going on – toasted spice, olive, grilled meat, cigar box, a touch of baker's spice…just heady. Check out the Cellartracker reviews of this beauty HERE! UNREAL for our price. That’s all we’ll say! While it lasts!
