Spring sipping is HERE! For under $20, Steele’s version of Durell charms you right off the bat with stone fruits, tropical citrus, and a touch of baked apple, with good freshness and a dash of toastiness. It’s what to drink all the time, pretty much!

After Jed Steele basically invented Kendall-Jackson, he set off to do his own thing and make small batches of single-vineyard wines. This is one of his last vintages before selling the brand to Clay Shannon, and arguably one of his best. 2018 is a great vintage in Sonoma, and you’ll wish you bought more of this when you taste it!

About the Producer

Jed Steele has made wine in California since the late 1960s. In 1991, he founded his own small winery in Lake County. Steele Wines specializes in Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Zinfandel, Pinot Blanc, and Syrah. In August of 2020, Clay Shannon purchased the winery and will continue to produce wines under the Steele and Shooting Star labels.
