Qaramy Cabernet Sauvignon Valle de Uco Mendoza 2019
Cabernet Blends | Argentina
Maverick Mendoza winemaker Karim Mussi’s incredible value Cabernet (even at $28!) just knocked us out tasting it last week, and since we ALL need some plush, satisfying Cabernet around at all times, we bought as much as they'd let us! $12.95! Incredible!
Qaramy means "poetry" in the ancient Quechua language, a native South American language spoken primarily in the Andes. The high altitude vineyards grow at the foothills of the beautiful Andes in the Uco Valley region of Mendoza. This bottle comes from a single vineyard, and goes through a low intervention winemaking process and 10 months in French oak barrels, which allow its unique aromas to shine through. We LOVED it and you will too – a fantastic overdeliverer!
Rich, modern style, with plush tannins and ripe succulent fruit — has the Uco Valley spices and fine, sweet tobacco notes…just AH-mazing. You will LOVE it, too! Just 39 cases to be had…first come, first served…!
