Lionel and his brother David are the 4th generation of the Latorse family to own this 300 acre property located in La Sauve, in the heart of the "entre Deux-Mers" district of Bordeaux. With care and passion, they protect a century-old heritage that has kept Chateau Gabaron on top of the local hierarchy of the finest estates in the region.

The 2019, another blockbuster, excellent vintage for Bordeaux, is simply CHARMING, easy to drink, ripe and generous and structured. While hardcore collectors will be waiting for the $600 1st and 2nd Growths down the road, you can get a taste of this killer vintage now…for a SONG! This terrifyingly easy to drink red is ALL about blackcurrants – jam, berries, perfume, with crushed red flowers, violets, lavender. Judiciously oaked, it’s all in balance with a bit of cocoa and mint, too.
