Seriously! Rossos like this exceed expectations and are perfect to get your Brunello/Sangiovese fix while waiting for the “big gun” stuff to be released. We have direct-imported Tenuta Buon Tempo for years now, and today is the day to stock up on what you’ll be drinking all through the Fall!! We are!!

Winemaker Alberto Machetti (who also makes a fine Fiorentino steak on the grill!) has got these vineyards dialed in -- the soaring flavors, the medium-body texture, the sheer amount of sweet fruits, and perfect freshness -- just what you want in Rosso (baby Brunello, if you will). You will drink it with...everything. Sweet, bright, ripe cherry, black cherry, the perfect bit of toasted spices, wonderful balance and freshness to complement all the warm Tuscan-sun texture.

ONLY 40 CASES --- if you love Sangiovese, do NOT miss this one!!

About the Producer

Since the early 1920s, Tenuta Buon Tempo has occupied an estate located in the far south of the territory of Montalcino, near Castelnuovo dell’Abate, in an area with a particular vocation of winegrowing (it’s the warmer side). The winery stretches for 28 hectares, 14 of which are cultivated as vineyards. The company name aims to highlight the pleasant peace and quiet that characterize this splendid valley - Buon Tempo being the Italian translation for “good time”.
