Now for the good stuff, the wine! Oh this lovely red. Bright, graceful, soft tannins, thoroughly approachable and not anything like your big, gristly mountain Cab that needs more time in bottle. Glass popping notes of ripe bing cherries, raspberries, kirsch and hints of red currants with touches of vanilla, dusty florals, olives, white pepper and warm spice.
