This is a balanced yet concentrated expression of cool-climate Cabernet Sauvignon – one that is loaded with firm, fine-grained tannins that open up to compote-like dark berry and plum fruits with hints of eucalyptus and savory notes, finishing with accents of green cedar and cigar box. It has been aged in both old and new French oak for 26 months, 20% new French oak and 80% neutral French, and because of that, it is soft and mellowed out, ready to imbibe or save for later.
